gitGood.dev is a tech career platform that provides interview preparation resources, coding challenges, skill verification, job listings, and a talent marketplace connecting job seekers with recruiters.
3. User Accounts
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Conduct

By submitting content to the Platform (including profile information, code submissions, and other materials), you grant Nobler Works LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with operating and promoting the Platform.
You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to submit such content and that it does not violate any third-party rights.
7. Subscription and Payments
- Certain features of the Platform require a paid subscription.
- Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
- Refunds are handled in accordance with our refund policy.

8. Recruiter Terms
If you use the Platform as a recruiter:
- You represent that you have authority to post job listings on behalf of your organization.
- Job listings must be accurate and comply with applicable employment laws.
- You agree not to misuse candidate data or contact information.
- You must comply with all applicable data protection regulations.
9. Code Execution and Sandbox Environment
The Platform provides a sandboxed environment for executing code submissions. You acknowledge that:
- Code is executed in isolated containers with limited resources and network access.
- We reserve the right to terminate any code execution that appears malicious or resource-intensive.
- You shall not attempt to escape the sandbox, access unauthorized resources, or exploit vulnerabilities.
- We are not responsible for any unintended consequences of code you submit.
10. AI-Generated Content
The Platform may utilize artificial intelligence to generate content, recommendations, or feedback. AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NOBLER WORKS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Nobler Works LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Platform or your violation of these Terms.
14. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
15. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through the following process:

- If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
- You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
16. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
18. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Nobler Works LLC regarding the use of the Platform and supersede any prior agreements.
19. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on the Platform with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
